目的为加快推进北京市昌平区医院“十一五”发展规划,实现“具有三级医院水准的区域医疗中心”的战略目标。方法本院以职位说明书为基础,结合医院的工作特点,总结制定出一套针对医院中层干部的绩效考核体系。结果与结论通过完善考核流程、考核指标,调整考核方法选取、体制改进,基本实现了中层干部绩效考核的系统化、科学化、规范化和制度化,在中层干部队伍中形成了良性激励机制,为后期的干部选拔、培养及奖励提供了有力证据。
The purpose is to accelerate the development plan for Changping District Hospital in Beijing during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” and to achieve the strategic goal of “a regional medical center with a tertiary hospital standard”. Methods Based on the job description and the characteristics of the hospital’s work, the hospital summarized and formulated a performance appraisal system for the middle-level cadres of the hospital. Results and Conclusions Through the improvement of the assessment process, assessment indicators, adjustment of assessment method selection, and system improvement, the performance assessment of middle-level cadres has basically been systematically, scientifically, standardized, and institutionalized, and a benign incentive mechanism has been formed among the middle-level cadres. The selection, cultivation, and reward of cadres in the later period provided strong evidence.
