对在双台子河口采集的2~+龄~5~+龄共计266尾刀鲚的体重(Y)、全长(X1)、体长(X2)、体高(X3)、体宽(X4)、头长(X5)、吻长(X6)、眼径(X7)、眼后头长(X8)和眼间距(X9)等10个性状进行测量。采用相关分析、多元回归分析和通径分析法,研究4个年龄段刀鲚的体重和形态性状的关系。结果表明,2~+和4+龄刀鲚体长对体重的直接影响最大;3+和5~+龄体高对体重的直接影响最大。利用逐步回归分析,建立体重与形态性状的多元回归方程。2~+龄~5~+龄刀鲚体重(Y)与形态性状参数的多元回归方程分别为:Y=–7.186+3.617 X2~+0.174X3(R2=0.911);Y=–3.441+0.738X3+1.649X2(R2=0.910);Y=–7.703+3.383X2~+0.413X3(R2=0.909);Y=–6.733+1.831X3+2.175X1(R2=0.958)。研究表明,选择不同发育时期鱼类进行连续分析以提高选育的精度十分有必要。
The body weight (Y), total length (X1), body length (X2), body height (X3), body width (X4) and total body length X5, X6, X7, X8 and X9 were measured. Correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used to study the relationship between body weight and morphological traits in four age groups. The results showed that the body weight of 2 ~ + and 4 + Daozao had the greatest direct impact on body weight. The body weight of 3 + and 5 ~ + had the greatest direct impact on body weight. Using stepwise regression analysis, multiple regression equations of body weight and morphological traits were established. The multiple regression equations of body weight (Y) and morphological traits of 2 ~ + age ~ 5 ~ + age were Y = -7.186 + 3.617 X2 ~ + 0.174X3 (R2 = 0.911), Y = -3.441 + 0.738X3 + 1.649X2 (R2 = 0.910); Y = -7.703 + 3.383X2 ~ + 0.413X3 (R2 = 0.909); Y = -6.733 + 1.831X3 + 2.175X1 (R2 = 0.958). Studies have shown that it is very necessary to select the different developmental stages of fish for continuous analysis to improve the accuracy of breeding.
