将齿轮结构按照圆盘来等效处理,建立了故障齿轮的动力学分析模型与声学模型,分别分析了径向裂纹和弧向裂纹情况下齿轮体的振动辐射声压与声场指向特性,研究了裂纹对齿轮结构辐射声场特性的影响.综合利用ANSYS及MATLAB软件模拟计算得到裂纹齿轮结构在r=0.5 m球面上的声压指向分布及轴向声压分布,探讨了不同的裂纹类型和不同的裂纹大小对齿轮结构振动声特性的影响程度,通过对模拟研究结果的分析比较与评价来说明裂纹的位置、形状以及裂纹大小对齿轮结构声场特性的影响大小和影响规律,为采用声学方法来诊断齿轮故障奠定了基础.
The gear structure is treated according to the disk equivalently, and the dynamic analysis model and acoustic model of the fault gear are established.
