对于水平三的耐久跑教学,应该以运动性认知为主线,以不同的练习形式让学生体验并学会正确的呼吸方法,能够在练习中正确运用,通过直道跑与弯道跑的对比,让学生感受身体姿态的变化,并且知道离心力与身体变化的关系,最后形成正确的弯道跑技术动作。通过创新的体验与练习,拓展体育课程资源,将枯燥、无趣的耐久跑教材变得主题鲜明、形式新颖。由于五年级这个年龄段的学生活泼好动、好奇心强、有很强的表现欲望,笔者针对这种情况,在学习正确的呼吸方法(以两步一呼,两步一吸为例)时,以肢体运动与呼吸节奏相配合,来掌握正确的呼吸方法。
