新课程标准中明确指出:要关注学生数学学习的水平,更要关注他们在数学活动中表现出来的情感态度,帮助学生认识自我,建立信心。在教学实践中,我深深体会到学生通过自我评价形成自我激励不但可以帮助学生认识自我,建立信心,而且是促进学生进步的催化剂。自我评价是学生对自己的行为习惯、学习态度、情感体验,以及在学习过程中的表现进行的一种动态评价,是最能反映学习过程的一种即时性行为评价。自我激励,让学生发现自己的潜力,
The new curriculum standards clearly pointed out: pay attention to the level of students’ math learning, but also pay attention to their emotional attitude demonstrated in math activities to help students recognize themselves and build confidence. In teaching practice, I deeply realize that students self-motivation through self-evaluation can not only help students recognize themselves, build confidence, but also to promote student progress catalyst. Self-evaluation is a dynamic assessment of students’ behaviors, learning attitudes, emotional experiences and their performance in the learning process. It is an instantaneous evaluation of behavior that best reflects the learning process. Self-motivation to allow students to discover their own potential,
