目的应用多层螺旋CT扫描数据的回顾性后处理,产生高质量三维尿路成像,提高下腔静脉后输尿管的影像诊断水平。方法对5例疑下腔静脉后输尿管畸形的病例进行多层螺旋CT三维尿路成像(MSCTU)。结果全部病例行B超、IVU、经MSCTU确诊。临床治疗采用输尿管复位矫正术,术后4例获随访,随访期限6~20个月,症状消失,肾积水均有不同程度改善,吻合口无狭窄。结论下腔静脉后输尿管的诊断主要依据影像学检查,B超、IVP、RP是主要的方法,而MSCTU检查使病变与周围结构的空间关系更直观,为轴位图像提供补充信息,使病变情况一目了然,帮助制定手术计划,是诊断本病理想的方法。
Objective To retrospectively apply multi-slice spiral CT scan data to generate high-quality three-dimensional urography and to improve the imaging diagnosis of inferior ureteral ureter. Methods Five cases of ureteral deformity suspected of inferior vena cava were scanned by multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional urography (MSCTU). Results All cases underwent B-ultrasound and IVU confirmed by MSCTU. Clinical treatment of ureteral reduction orthodontics, 4 cases were followed up, follow-up period of 6 to 20 months, the symptoms disappeared, hydronephrosis have varying degrees of improvement, anastomotic stenosis. Conclusions The diagnosis of ureter after inferior vena cava is mainly based on imaging examination. B-ultrasound, IVP and RP are the main methods. The MSCTU examination makes the spatial relationship between the lesions and the surrounding structures more intuitive and provides additional information for the axial images to make the pathological changes At a glance, to help develop the surgical plan, is the diagnosis of the pathology of the ideal method.
