在学校教育中,无论体制怎样改革,还是观念怎样转换,或者教学方法如何创新,以发展学生为目标的工作追求是永远不变的。然而在传统教学中,由于受到主客观诸多因素的限制,这种“发展”的内涵毕竟是有限的,而且难以取得突破性的进展。如今,以促进学生全面发展为宗旨的素质化教育,应现代社会发展的强烈召唤飘然而至。而以素质化教育为核心的新课程理念,重新确立了“以教师为主导、以学生为主体”的教学地位关系,并倡导实现认知、能力和情感目标为一体的“三维目标教学”。因此,促进学生全面发展、努力打造优质化课程教学,是现行教学实践的价值取向和具体做法。
In school education, no matter how the system reform, or how to change the concept, or how to innovate teaching methods, to pursue the goal of student development is never changed. However, in the traditional teaching, due to many limitations of subjectivity and objectivity, the connotation of this “development” is limited after all, and it is difficult to make any breakthrough. Today, quality education aimed at promoting the all-round development of students floats in the light of the strong call of modern society. The new curriculum philosophy with quality education at its core re-establishes the teaching status of “teacher-led and student-centered” and advocates the realization of “three-dimensional” goals that combine cognition, abilities and emotional goals teaching". Therefore, to promote the all-round development of students and strive to create a quality teaching course is the value orientation and concrete practice of the current teaching practice.
