意大利ORU公司生产的用于现场制备混凝土的Autoforcula 1040型等混凝土搅拌站,其最大特点是构造简单、外形尺寸小,砂石及水泥储存、给料称量及输送搅拌全部装置是以金属水泥筒仓为主体垂直轴线布置,从工艺布置上获得水平方向最小尺寸。水泥筒仓锥体下端的水泥给料机形式及构造直接涉及水平方向尺寸,为了缩小尺寸及简化机构,ORU公司采用了水泥垂直自落形式,以电机为动力的篦形振动给料机,外形及安装如图1,结构如图2。给料机由一个水平固定篦板4、一个水平活动篦板3、复位弹簧6及偏心机构2等组成。断电时弹簧6使活动篦板3处于关闭位置,截止水泥下落,当电机1驱动时,偏心机构拖动活动篦
The Autoforcula 1040 concrete mixing plant for on-site preparation of concrete produced by the Italian company Oru Corporation has the biggest feature of simple structure and small external dimensions. The gravel and cement storage, feed weighing and conveying and stirring are all based on metal cement cylinders. The bin is arranged with the vertical axis of the main body, and the horizontal dimension is obtained from the process layout. The form and structure of the cement feeder at the lower end of the cement silo cone relate directly to the horizontal dimension. In order to reduce the size and simplify the mechanism, ORU adopts the vertical self-dropping form of cement, and the motor-driven vibrating feeder with profile shape. And installation shown in Figure 1, the structure shown in Figure 2. The feeder consists of a horizontal fixed jaw 4, a horizontal movable jaw 3, a return spring 6 and an eccentric mechanism 2. When the power is turned off, the spring 6 makes the movable jaw 3 in the closed position, the cement cuts off, and when the motor 1 is driven, the eccentric mechanism drags and moves.
