我国的大多数中小企业都是由家庭作坊发展起来的,因此在其发展中具有一定的局限性,然而随着改革开放以及我国市场经济建设的不断深入,使传统中小企业中存在的问题日益凸现,也加剧了市场竞争,为了中小企业的生存与发展带来了更高的挑战。本文就以晋江的中小企业为例,分析一下中小企业人力资源管理存在的问题及其对策,与大家交流,共同促进我国中小企业的发展。
Most SMEs in our country are developed by family workshops and therefore have some limitations in their development. However, with the deepening of reform and opening up and the construction of market economy in our country, the problems existing in traditional SMEs have become increasingly prominent It also aggravated market competition and brought higher challenges to the survival and development of SMEs. This article takes SMEs in Jinjiang as an example to analyze the existing problems and countermeasures of human resources management in SMEs and to exchange views with them so as to jointly promote the development of SMEs in our country.
