图书馆咨询团队知识转移是一个复杂系统过程。为了分析知识特性在不同组织情境下对图书馆咨询团队知识转移效率的影响,文章构建了图书馆咨询团队知识转移效率以组织情境因素(组织支持、吸收能力、动机)为调节变量的知识特性(默会性和明晰性、嵌入性)交互作用影响模型,进而提出需要采取通过创建知识价值观的合理收益分配方式,增强图书馆咨询团队内部知识吸收能力,完善知识转移组织支持制度以及创建知识价值观的图书馆文化等措施,创造知识转移的条件,促进图书馆咨询团队知识转移效率的提升。
Knowledge transfer library consulting team is a complex system process.
