中国现在是一个发展中的大国,并不是一个发达的强国。所以我们需要提升我们的文化软实力,提高我们作为大国的影响力。对外宣传作为一个国家对外传播和塑造国家形象的窗口,对提升这个国家在国际社会中的话语权意义重大。而外宣翻译则在对外宣传中起着关键作用。笔者基于跨文化交际这样的视角,在大量参考了相关文献的基础上,本文重点从语言文化、社会文化、以及物质文化这三方面着手,重点分析译者在外宣翻译过程中遇到的文化取向问题以及应该采取的原则。
