操行等级的优劣直接关系到学生的入团、入党、升学、就业,因此,倍受学生关注。为了克服传统操行评定的弊端,突出考核过程,客观考核结果,提出了对学生操行等第实施量化考核的构想。
The merits and demerits of the conduct level are directly related to the student’s enrollment in the group, joining the party, further studies, and employment. Therefore, they are greatly concerned by the students. In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional conduct assessments, highlight the assessment process, and objectively assess the results, the concept of quantifying the students’ performance in practice was proposed.
