探究热轧盘条组织及织构对桥梁缆索钢丝扭转性能的影响。利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了热轧盘条的组织,并利用电子背散射衍射技术(EBSD)分析了热轧盘条的织构,最后根据扭转时的应力分布分析了织构对扭转性能的影响。结果表明,盘条组织的均匀程度、索氏体片层间距和织构能影响扭转性能;盘条组织越均匀,索氏体片层间距越细,钢丝的扭转性能越好;相比组织均匀程度和片层间距,织构对扭转性能的影响更加显著,盘条中{110}织构强度越低,钢丝扭转性能越好。
The Effect of Hot Rolled Wire Rod Structure and Texture on the Torsion Property of Bridge Cable Wire. The microstructure of the hot-rolled steel rod was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The texture of the hot-rolled steel rod was analyzed by electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD). Finally, according to the stress distribution in torsion, influences. The results show that the uniformity of the wire rod structure, sorbite sheet spacing and texture can affect the twisting performance. The more uniform the wire rod structure, the thinner the spacing of the sorbite sheets, the better the twisting performance of the wire. The influence of the texture on the twisting performance is more significant with the degree and the distance between the layers. The lower the {110} texture strength in the wire rod, the better the wire twisting performance.
