运用全微分法建立机构位置方程组 ,求得机构位置误差方程 ,与平常的计算法相比 ,全微分法只需解一个线性方程组 ,就可确定机构的位置误差方程 ,方法简单、可行。在误差分析中 ,不仅找到了影响位置误差的主要因素 ,而且还利用机构误差分析图 ,对位置误差做了进一步的定性分析 ,为合理地确定构件的尺寸公差及原动件的位置公差 ,提供了理论依据
By using the method of total differential to establish the system of position equations, the position error equation of the mechanism can be obtained. Compared with the usual calculation method, the whole differential method only needs to solve a linear system of equations to determine the position error equation of the mechanism. The method is simple and feasible. In the error analysis, not only the main factors affecting the position error but also the error analysis diagram of the mechanism were used to further analyze the position error. In order to reasonably determine the size tolerance of the component and the position tolerance of the mover, The theoretical basis
