我班有个叫庄招弟的女学生,学习成绩较差,平时考试几乎都是班上最后一名。在性格方面,她胆小、多疑、不爱动。在交往方面,她不合群,孤独,害怕参加活动;自卑感强,回避与老师同学相处、说话的机会;上课从不主动举手回答问题,即使被老师叫到也因紧张而说话不完整,或表达语无伦次。于是我开始关注并给予她辅导,主要从以下几方面进行:
