《工友》编辑部:年初,我到一家劳务派遣单位公司求职。我和劳务派遣公司签订的劳动合同中约定,劳务派遣公司将派遣我到一家公司工作,月工资为1800元。劳动合同还对我的工作岗位、工作期限等作出了约定。可我实际从劳务派遣公司领到的工资只有1700元。公司解释说,扣下的100元是中介费和劳务管理服务费。请问,劳务派遣单位能否向被派遣的员工收取中介费和劳务管理费?张永华
