The quality of a teacher’s teaching is directly related to whether she establishes a firm belief in a lifetime career in education. In the current situation that the biology teaching in middle school has not been upgraded to its rightful place, our biology teaching and researching group cares about the growth of young teachers, establishes a firm belief in lifelong biological teaching, and improves their professional quality and teaching ability. Important long-term tasks
