班队管理的核心是对学生的管理,低年级班队管理者既要有爱心,还要有耐心,有恒心,要做有心人,这样工作起来才会得心应手。笔者从多年的低年级班主任工作中总结出一些做法:强常规:抓好一日常规教育,加强班级日常管理;重习惯:抓好自理能力训练,加强行为习惯培养;善导引:通过多种途径,抓好思想品德教育;利用多种方式,抓好家校协同管理。
The core of the team management is the management of the students. The management of the junior team should not only be compassionate, but also be patient, persevering and conscientious, so that it will work handily.
