美国次贷危机所暴露出的对金融消费者保护不力的问题引起许多国家高度重视。金融消费者保护有其理论基础和实践基础,明确划分“金融消费者”的范畴有利于更好地维护其合法权益。目前,我国现有的消费者组织在金融消费者保护方面存在诸多有待改进之处,这使得建立金融消费者专门保护机构成为必要。如此,从制度构建上对金融消费者予以保护,将保障金融市场更好地发展。
The weak protection of financial consumers exposed by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis has caused many countries to attach great importance. The protection of financial consumers has its theoretical basis and practical basis, and the clear division of the category of “financial consumers” helps to better safeguard its legitimate rights and interests. At present, there are still many problems to be solved in the protection of financial consumers by the existing consumer organizations in our country, which makes it necessary to establish a special protection organization for financial consumers. In this way, the protection of financial consumers from the system construction will ensure better development of financial markets.
