随着钉螺酶学研究方法的进展和应用,不仅使钉螺的分类日臻完善,而且对钉螺与血吸虫相容性的研究以及改变生态环境制约钉螺的机制、化学和植物灭螺药物机制等方面的研究也起到大力推进作用。该文介绍了国内外用于钉螺酶学研究方法的发展历程,总结了多种酶学检测方法以及应用这些方法所获得的钉螺软体内酶的分布情况,并比较了不同酶学检测方法的优势所在,同时指出钉螺的酶学研究方法中还存在着一定的局限性,更多种类酶的显示方法还有待于探索。
