企业的稳步性发展必然离不开其良好的内部组织结构,文章就企业组织结构状况及激励制度展开分析,旨在深入阐述企业效益、激励制度、组织结构等的内在联系。为了顺应现阶段企业管理的要求,必须进行激励理论的优化及实践。文章就激励机制的设计环节、激励环节等展开分析,旨在健全企业管理体系,实现企业内部经营及组织结构的协调性发展。
The steady development of an enterprise is inevitably inseparable from its good internal organizational structure. The article analyzes the status of enterprise organizational structure and incentive system, and aims to elaborate on the internal relations of enterprise efficiency, incentive system and organizational structure. In order to comply with the requirements of enterprise management at this stage, the optimization and practice of incentive theory must be carried out. The article analyzes the design aspects and motivation aspects of the incentive mechanism, aiming to perfect the enterprise management system and achieve the coordinated development of the internal operation and organizational structure of the enterprise.
