近年来,我国电商产业规模每年成倍增长,尤其是在农村地区,电商市场的发展更是方兴未艾,空间巨大。在这种情况下,国内众多知名电商企业纷纷行动起来,不断将电商产业链向农村纵深延展,力图在农村电商市场中分得一杯羹。面对农村电商的发展机遇,中国邮政集团公司浙江省台州市分公司积极融入农村电商发展大潮,启动了“千村燎原计划”。该公司选择一批政府重视程度较高、电商发展基础较好、特色物产相对丰富、配送网络健全的农村地区作为电商发展的重点区域,大胆试水农村电商业务。
In recent years, the scale of China’s electricity supplier industry has doubled each year. Especially in rural areas, the development of the electricity supplier market is even more booming and there is huge space. Under such circumstances, many well-known domestic E-commerce companies have stepped up their efforts to extend the E-commerce chain to rural areas in an attempt to gain a share in the rural E-commerce market. Faced with the opportunities for the development of rural e-commerce, the Taizhou branch of China Post Corporation actively integrated itself into the tide of rural e-commerce and launched the “one prairie fire in a thousand villages plan.” The company chose a number of rural areas that enjoy a high degree of government attention, good e-commerce development bases, relatively rich characteristic properties and a sound distribution network as key areas for e-commerce development and boldly tried out water and electricity business in rural areas.
