【目的】探讨埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)及变异型 CD44分子6(CD44v6)在皮肤基底细胞癌(BCC)和鳞状细胞癌(SCC)组织中的表达及意义。【方法】采用 SP 法检测 Ezrin、CD44v6在 BCC、SCC 及正常皮肤组织中的表达,并分析其与临床特征的相关性。【结果】Ezrin 在正常组、BCC 和 SCC 组织中的阳性表达率分别为10%、60.0%、84.4%,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);CD44v6在正常皮肤和 BCC、SCC 组织中阳性表达率分别为100%、26.7%、59.4%,各组比较也有显著性差异(P <0.05)。Ezrin 的表达水平随着肿瘤分级程度增高而增高(P <0.05),有淋巴转移的比无淋巴转移的表达强(P <0.05);CD44v6的表达水平随病理分级的增加表达强度下降(P <0.05),且有淋巴转移的阳性率表达比无淋巴转移低(P <0.05),Spearman 相关性分析显示两者表达有相关性(P <0.05)。【结论】Ezrin、CD44v6可作为 BCC 发生、发展的分子生物学标志。联合检测可作为研究和判断皮肤 SCC 生物学行为和预后的重要指标。“,”[Objective]To explore the expressions and significance of Ezrin protein and CD44v6 in basal cell cancer (BCC)and squamous cell cancer (SCC).[Methods]The expressions of Ezrin protein and CD44v6 were detected in 32 SCC,30 BCC and 10 normal skin (NS)samples by immunohistochemistry SP .[Results]The positive ratios of Ezrin were 60.0%,84.4% and 10% in BCC,SCC and NS respectively.The expression of Ezrin was closely correlated with pathological grading of SCC and lymphatic metastasis.The positive ratios of CD44v6 in BCC,SCC and NS were 26.7%,59.4% and 100%.The expression of CD44v6 was down-regula-ted with a decrease of SCC differentiation degree.The positive expressions of Ezrin and CD44v6 in BCC and SCC were correlated (rs1 =0.336,rs2 =0.278,P <0.05).[Conclusion]Ezrin and CD44v6 may be used as mo-lecular biological markers of occurrence and development for SCC and BCC.
