《劳动合同法》等法律法规的实施在唤醒企业职工维权意识的同时,也使劳动争议案件数量上升,同时企业职工非理性维权也呈增多趋势,不仅给企业带来极大的困扰,而且浪费宝贵的司法资源,影响社会的稳定。应对企业职工非理性维权,必须进一步完善法律法规,改革劳动诉讼收费制度,加强对劳动争议案件代理人的管理,完善企业用工管理制度。
