With the acceleration of economic globalization, international trade barriers such as quotas, permits and tariffs are gradually phased out, while the non-tariff barriers to trade - green barriers - are on the rise. As a major exporter of agricultural products, Zhejiang Province has frequently “run into a wall” in recent years in the wake of “green barriers”, involving more than 1 billion U.S. dollars. Starting from the nature of “Green Barrier”, this article reveals the lethality of “Green Barrier” to export enterprises of agricultural products in Zhejiang Province in recent years. By analyzing the reason of “Reaching a Wall”, the article puts forward corresponding “Broken Wall” policy.
