目的了解医院临床护理人员锐器损伤情况,找出原因,加强防护。方法采用问卷调查方法,以北京市平谷区医院为调查对象进行了实际调查分析。结果所调查的200名护士一年内均发生过不同程度的锐器伤,损伤发生率为100%;其中发生针刺伤320次,安瓿玻璃损伤184次,其它如刀、剪、开瓶盖损伤120次。被血液污染的针刺伤有67人,占41.1%;其中52人在受伤前不知道患者是否有血液传播的疾病;发生锐器伤时未戴手套操作的护士达123人,占75.5%。多数护士在发生锐器损伤时进行了不同程度处理,其中有22%损伤者能及时挤出伤口血液,有70%伤者对伤口进行了清洗和消毒处理。结论该医院临床一线护士锐器损伤发生率较高,多数在损伤后对伤口进行了初步处理,但存在未知感染因子的隐患。
Objective To understand the situation of sharp injury of clinical nurses in hospitals, find out the reasons and strengthen the protection. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the actual investigation of Pinggu District Hospital in Beijing. Results A total of 200 nurses surveyed experienced different degrees of sharp injury within one year, the incidence of injury was 100%. Among them, there were 320 needle-stick injuries, 184 ampoule injuries, and other injuries such as knife, scissors, 120 times. 67 were stabbed bloodstains, accounting for 41.1%; 52 were not aware of any blood-borne diseases before they were injured; 123 were nurses who did not wear gloves during a sharp injury, accounting for 75.5%. Most nurses performed various degrees of treatment in the event of sharps injuries. Among them, 22% of the injured patients were able to squeeze out the wound blood in time and 70% of the injured people cleaned and disinfected the wounds. Conclusion The incidence of sharps injuries in first-line nurses in this hospital is high. Most of the wounds were treated initially after injury, but there are hidden dangers of unknown infectious agents.
