喝茶是一门“技术活”。人们若想喝出健康,必须依据四季气候变化和人体新陈代谢的适应性,充分考虑茶叶的性味功能,不断调整,合理饮茶。春季是冰雪消融、万物复苏的季节,人的身体也有一个适应气候变化的阶段,较易出现“春困”现象。此时,人们饮用花茶,有益于散发积郁在体内的寒气,令大脑清醒,从而消除春困、焕发精神。
