在1982—1986年就黄腐酸拌种对小麦某些生理过程的影响及其增产作用进行了研究。 l、在温度较低的情况下,黄腐酸能促进小麦种子发芽,发芽势及发芽率明显提高。在较高温度下差异不显著。 2、黄腐酸拌种能促进小麦根系的生长,次生根条数与长度增加,并发现根系活力的提高与过氧化物酶活性的增加有关。麦苗生长健壮,根/冠比提高,叶绿素含量上升,干物质累积增加,对干旱、冻害等不良环境的抵抗力有所改善。 3、黄腐酸拌种使分蘖提前出现,冬前分蘖与有效穗数增加,每穗粒数及千粒重亦有所提高。 4、四年来多点小区对比试验及大面积示范推广表明,以每公斤种子用黄腐酸4克拌种效果较好,平均增产率达11%。
