对AZ31镁合金钨极氩弧焊焊接试样在360℃下进行了2 h的固溶处理,水冷后在140℃下进行时效处理。利用扫描电镜、显微硬度仪和试样拉伸设备研究了时效处理时间对试样微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:140℃的时效处理没有使焊缝区和热影响区出现强化相,只是出现了铝元素富集区,说明较低温时效处理没能有效提高焊缝组织的硬度,但改善了材料的力学性能。焊后时效处理2 h的试样综合力学性能最佳,室温下拉伸强度与伸长率分别达到了224 MPa和8.5%。
The AZ31 magnesium alloy TIG welded samples were solution-treated at 360 ℃ for 2 h, and then subjected to aging treatment at 140 ℃ after water cooling. The effects of aging treatment time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the samples were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, microhardness tester and specimen stretching equipment. The results show that the aging treatment at 140 ℃ does not lead to the strengthening phase in the weld zone and the heat affected zone but only the aluminum enrichment zone, which indicates that the low temperature aging treatment can not effectively improve the hardness of the weld seam, Mechanical properties. After 2 h of aging, the mechanical properties of the samples were the best. The tensile strength and elongation at room temperature reached 224 MPa and 8.5% respectively.
