加热温度和保温时间是热处理的主要工艺参数,它决定着热处理产品的质量。关于温度自动控制问题,热处理电炉已有与其配套的控温仪表,这是大家所熟悉的。而时间控制方面,长期以来没有比较适宜的、与电炉配套使用的时间自控仪表,致使我国工业电炉在时控方面,一直处于落后状态。我们经过较长时间的研究,并采用国产元器件配套研制成功了系列化的“时控”新产品——数字定时器。其中有单程序控制、双程序控制和20个可编程序的数字定时器,可供较复杂热处理工艺上的编程定时控制(见封二广告)。现以SK-2359A型数字定时器为例,介绍一下它的功能、配线、控制原理及开关面板功能操作方法。
Heating temperature and holding time is the main heat treatment process parameters, which determine the quality of heat treatment products. On the issue of automatic temperature control, heat treatment furnace has its own temperature control instrumentation, which is familiar to everyone. The time control, for a long time there is no more appropriate, and supporting the use of time-controlled furnace instrumentation, resulting in China’s industrial furnace in the time control, has been in a backward state. After a long period of research, we successfully developed a series of “Time Control” new products - digital timers with the help of domestic components. Among them are single-program control, dual-program control and 20 programmable digital timers for programmatic timing control on more complex heat treatment processes (see cover two ads). Take SK-2359A type digital timer as an example, introduce its function, wiring, control principle and switch panel function operation method.
