通过金相与电子显微分析和拉伸强度、硬度测试等方法,研究了元素Zr对Zn-11%Al-8%Cu-Mg合金微观组织和性能的影响。结果表明:Zr的加入能够细化合金组织,Zr元素多以Zr-Zn-Al化合物的形式存在,分布于初生相附近;Zr的存在能够提高合金的强度和硬度,在锆加入量为0.4%时合金的性能最好。
The effects of elemental Zr on the microstructure and properties of Zn-11% Al-8% Cu-Mg alloy were studied by means of metallographic and electron microscopic analysis, tensile strength and hardness test. The results show that the addition of Zr can refine the microstructure of the alloy, and the content of Zr is mostly in the form of Zr-Zn-Al compound distributed in the vicinity of the primary phase.
