课程资源是课程设计、实施和评价等在整个课程编制过程中可利用的一切人力、物力以及自然资源的总和。课程资源的开发与利用是新一轮课程改革的一大重要方面工作。教育部颁发的《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》指出:要积极开发并合理利用校内外各种课程资源。由此可见,如何根据农村小学实际情况,发掘一切可能进入课堂、并与社会科教育教学活动紧密相连的资源,充分地利用它们潜在的教育教学价值,对学生进行社会常识教育、爱国主义教育、法制观念的启蒙教育,从小培养他们正确观察认识社会和适应社会生活的能力,增强他们的社会责任感,是当前社会科教学的主要方向和任务,以下就这一工作谈谈自己在教学实践中的一些做法和体会。
