本文主要采用录像拍摄法、观察分类法等研究方法对小学一至五年级476名学生投掷硬式网球动作发展状况进行了探讨,得出如下结论:一至四年级学生单手肩上投掷动作不太成熟,标志着动作成熟的5类动作几乎没有,而不成熟的2类、3类动作最多;五年级学生上手投掷动作类型4类和5类显著增加,动作平均分接近4分,动作趋于成熟。从整体看,一至三年级学生上手投掷动作呈下降趋势,三至五年级学生上手投掷动作呈上升趋势。小学1-5年级学生动作差异性较大,学生动作类型反复性大,不够稳定,因此,在各年级体育教学中都应该强化对上手投掷动作的教学。但是在教学内容的选择上应该根据各年级的动作发展状况有所区别。
In this paper, we mainly discuss the development of hard-tennis throwing in 476 pupils from first grade to fifth grade in elementary school with the methods of video shooting, observation and classification, and draw the following conclusions: The first to fourth grade students’ Which indicates that there are almost no five categories of actions, while the immature categories 2 and 3 have the most actions. The fifth and fifth grade students have significantly increased the types of actions thrown in category 4 and 5, and the average action scores have approached 4 points and the actions tend to mature. On the whole, students from first to third grade showed a downward trend in throwing, and students in third to fifth grade showed an upward trend in throwing. Primary 1 to 5 students in the larger differences in the action, the type of student repetitive, not stable enough, therefore, in all grades of physical education should be strengthened on the throwing action to teach. However, in the choice of teaching content should be based on the movement of the grades of different development status.
