泸天化股份公司循环冷却水系统目前都采用的是电机驱动机械通风冷却塔。仅风机电机每年的电耗占循环水系统总运行电耗的30%～35%,特别是木结构的3#凉水塔,其管理和设备安全维护费用都很高。对3#凉水塔采用水动风机重新进行设计建造,每年可节约电费约300万元。公司的工业废水排放量也非常大,如果经过处理后作为循环冷却水系统的补水或作为一部分一次水使用,其经济效益也非常可观。
