近年来,随着集体企业经营目标由单纯加工生产转向微观经济效益,企业管理的结构方法也要转轨变型,以下拟就此项问题作些初步的探讨,以供讨论。一、集体工业企业管理的结构必须从生产型管理转向以价值管理为主体目前,集体企业管理结构基本上参照国营企业,但是,集体企业在生产方面、资金来源、职工对企业的职责与国营企业有着明显区别,这就导致集体企业管理结构模式与国营企业有着很大区别,所以,它不应采用直线——职能制生产型管理结构,而应当采用经营型价值管理结构,以符合微观经济效益
In recent years, as the business objectives of collective enterprises have shifted from simple processing production to microeconomic benefits, the structure and methods of enterprise management have also been transformed. The following is a preliminary discussion on this issue for discussion. 1. The structure of collective industrial enterprise management must shift from production-oriented management to value-based management. At present, the management structure of collective enterprises basically refers to state-owned enterprises. However, collective enterprises are in production, sources of funds, employee-to-business responsibilities, and state-owned enterprises. There are obvious differences. This results in a very different model of collective enterprise management from that of state-owned enterprises. Therefore, it should not adopt a straight-function-based production-type management structure. Instead, it should adopt an operational value management structure to meet the microeconomic benefits.
