本研究采用对比研究的方法,以大学二年级经济学专业学生为研究对象,实验组的大学英语基础阶段课程体系由通用英语(English for General Purposes)和CBI(ContentBased Instruction)课程(金融市场)构成,比例为3:1;对照组则采用以EGP为主导的课程。实验采用了辅助式语言教学模式的变体,探讨了如何在大学英语环境中合理应用CBI教学模式。实验结果表明,实验组的语言能力总体优于对照组。以实验组为样本的问卷调查表明,学生对于融入CBI教学模式的课程体系给予了高度认可。
In this study, a comparative study was conducted to study students majoring in economics in the second year of the university. The basic English curriculum phase of the experimental group consisted of English for General Purposes and Content Based Instruction (CBI) courses (financial markets) , The ratio of 3: 1; control group is based on EGP-led courses. The experiment adopts the variant of the auxiliary language teaching mode and explores how to apply the CBI teaching mode rationally in college English environment. The experimental results show that the experimental group’s language ability overall better than the control group. The questionnaire survey based on the experimental group shows that the students are highly accorded to the curriculum system integrated into the CBI teaching mode.
