当前高职教育人才培养面临的主要问题是生源多样化,学生个性差异化,学生学习基础不一、毕业去向多样;现行的“大一统”培养方式已不适应学生个性化发展的需求。以学生个性化发展需求为导向,分层次培养人才的探索与实践的研究,本着“以生为本”的理念,立足于高职学生的成长、成才、成人,着眼于高职学生的可持续发展、自我发展,探索人才培养模式的多样化,逐步构建能够适合不同学情、不同生源的人才培养模式,逐步建立能够适应不同生源的柔性教学管理模式,实现教育家黄炎培提出的“学校无不用之成材,社会无不学之执业,国无不教之民,民无不乐之生”的目标。通过实施专业(群)分类、创建企业学院、实施分层教学、建设学业导师团队、优化个性化学习资源和实施高职特色学分制等教学改革举措,较好地满足了学生个性化发展和企业用人需求,解决了生源多样化问题,建立了柔性化教学管理机制,进一步提高了人才培养质量,进一步提升了学校发展的核心竞争力,有力助推了学校品牌发展战略的实施。
