目的:探讨男护士在院前急救及院内急救护理工作中的优势。方法:以发放问卷的形式对南昌市第三医院115名急救患者或家属进行护士性别倾向调查。结果:63%的被调查者认为急救车上配备男护士比配备女护士更合理,但在院内急救中,男护士与女护士的性别倾向比例分别为35%和36%,85%的患者或家属认为男护士更有耐力,86%的患者或家属认为男护士更有胆量,但更多的患者或患者家属认为在行医疗过程中,女护士能够更仔细的为病人服务。结论:男护士在急救工作中更受患者及家属的欢迎,急诊科需要扩大男护士的队伍。
Objective: To explore the advantages of male nurses in pre-hospital emergency care and hospital emergency care. Methods: A total of 115 emergency patients or their relatives in the Third Hospital of Nanchang City were enrolled in the questionnaire to investigate the gender preference of nurses. Results: Sixty-three percent of respondents considered ambulances equipped with male nurses as more rational than female nurses, but 35% and 36% of male nurses and female nurses, respectively, were sexually oriented in hospital first aid, and 85% Relatives think male nurses are more endurance, 86% of patients or their families think male nurses have more guts, but more patients or their families think that during the medical treatment, female nurses can more carefully serve the patients. Conclusion: Male nurses are more welcomed by patients and their families in first aid work. The emergency department needs to expand the ranks of male nurses.
