中国装备制造业面临竞争全球化和产业“空心化”的双重挑战,提升自主创新能力特别是管理创新能力是必然选择。供应链战略符合了装备制造业系统性和集成性的特点,适应以柔性、快速响应和时间为特征的新的竞争环境,建立以优势企业为核心、简单结构的供应链系统并解决好利益共享和竞合对称性关系是实施这一战略的关键。
China’s equipment manufacturing industry is faced with the dual challenges of globalization of competition and industry’s “hollowness.” It is an inevitable choice to enhance the capability of independent innovation, especially that of managing innovation. The supply chain strategy is in line with the systematic and integrated characteristics of the equipment manufacturing industry. It adapts to a new competitive environment characterized by flexibility, rapid response and time, establishes a supply chain system with a core structure of superiority and a simple structure, and resolves the benefit sharing Symmetry and the relationship is the key to implementing this strategy.
