研究了饲料中蛋白质水平对花生长的影响。选用300尾,体重为35.31±1.61g的花鱼种随机平均分为5个试验组:F1、F2、F3、F4和F5。分别投喂蛋白质水平为28%、32%、36%、40%、44%的5种饲料进行养殖对比试验。经过100d的饲养,5个试验组的饵料系数和相对增重率分别为2.21、1.77、1.41、1.40、1.47和324.71%、403.88%、505.145%、504.30%、475.17%。试验结果表明当饲料中蛋白质水平为36%时,能确保花的生长性能和蛋白质利用率,相应的饵料系数为1.41。
The effects of dietary protein levels on flower growth were studied. A total of 300 fish species weighing 35.31 ± 1.61 g were randomly divided into five groups: F1, F2, F3, F4 and F5. The five kinds of feed with protein level of 28%, 32%, 36%, 40% and 44% were fed to compare with each other. After 100 days of feeding, the feed efficiency and relative weight gain of the five experimental groups were 2.21,1.77,1.41,1.40,1.47 and 324.71%, 403.88%, 505.145%, 504.30% and 475.17% respectively. The test results showed that when the protein level in the feed was 36%, the flower growth performance and the protein utilization rate were secured, with a corresponding bait coefficient of 1.41.
