对分离自越橘根内的2株菌根真菌进行了生理学特性研究,明确了2株菌根真菌的最佳培养条件,为其菌丝体扩繁和菌剂生产奠定基础。采用固体培养,研究不同培养温度、pH值、碳源、氮源对2种菌根真菌生长的影响。结果表明:2种真菌生长的最佳条件不完全相同,A菌和D菌最适生长温度为25℃,属中温菌;2种菌根真菌在pH值3.0~9.0都能生长,A菌最适生长pH值为5.0,D菌为6.0;A菌和D菌生长速度最快的碳源分别为淀粉和乳糖;A菌对不同氮源的利用效果差异性不明显,D菌最适氮源为硝酸钾。
The physiological characteristics of two mycorrhizal fungi isolated from the root of kiwi were studied. The optimal culture conditions of the two mycorrhizal fungi were clarified, which laid the foundation for mycelial growth and mycelial production. Solid culture was used to study the effects of different culture temperature, pH value, carbon source and nitrogen source on the growth of two mycorrhizal fungi. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the growth of the two fungi were not identical. The optimal growth temperature of bacteria A and D was 25 ℃, which was a mesophilic bacterium. Both mycorrhizal fungi could grow at pH 3.0-9.0. The optimum growth pH value was 5.0 and D strain was 6.0. The carbon sources with the fastest growth rates of bacteria A and D were starch and lactose, respectively. The difference of utilization efficiency of A strains to different nitrogen sources was not obvious. Potassium nitrate.
