只有了解学生,才能教好学生。刚入学的一年级学生,怎样了解他们的智能呢?适当的、必要的智力测验,是摸清底子的方法之一。检查内容要力求全面,有代表性和针对性。比如,有写数、计算(20以内的加减法为宜)等项知识考查,还要有记忆力、观察力、思维力、说话能力的考查。考查方法可灵活多样。成绩由教师掌握,作为“活教参”,不向学生公布。现将我们去年实验的试题稍加修订,提供同行参考,请批评指正。
