采用丙酮为溶媒溶出共存的异烟肼,在0.1mol/LHCl中于291nm波长处测定维生素B6的含量。维生素B6在6-18μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.40%。
Acetone was used as a solvent to dissolve the co-existing isoniazid, and the content of vitamin B6 was measured at a wavelength of 291 nm in 0.1 mol / LHCl. Vitamin B6 in the 6-18μg / ml concentration range of good linear relationship. The average recovery was 100.1% with a RSD of 0.40%.
