主要对中学生产生网络依赖(网瘾)的个人因素进行分析,阐明中学生对网络具有强烈的好奇心、自我控制能力弱、渴望有更多伙伴、寻求心理满足等是他们产生网络依赖的重要原因,并针对这些个人影响因素提出相关的应对措施。目的是让中学生学会客观理智地使用网络,并努力培养中学生的自我控制能力,让中学生能够自主选择正确的网络使用方法。同时,还要密切关注中学生的心理变化,主动接触和拉近与中学生之间的距离,及时进行适度的心理辅导,帮助中学生建立起对网络的正确认识,从而引导中学生逐渐摆脱网络依赖。
This paper mainly analyzes the personal factors of secondary school students’ internet dependence (internet addiction). It shows that secondary school students have a strong curiosity on internet, weak self-control ability, longing for more partners and seeking psychological satisfaction are important reasons for their dependence on internet. And put forward relevant countermeasures against these personal influence factors. The purpose is to enable middle school students to learn to objectively and rationally use the Internet, and to cultivate the self-control ability of middle school students, so that middle school students can choose the correct method of using the Internet. At the same time, we should pay close attention to the psychological changes of middle school students, take the initiative to contact and narrow the distance with the middle school students, promptly carry out appropriate psychological counseling, help middle school students to establish a correct understanding of the network, and thus guide middle school students gradually to get rid of network dependence.
