鉴于网络招聘具有成本低、方便快捷、无区域限制、资源丰富等优点,其已越来越受到用人单位的欢迎。在此过程中,一些用人单位却往往故意降低“门槛”、隐瞒条件、虚增人数、夸大待遇、自我吹嘘等等,让人感觉到谁都能前往试试,谁都有适合的岗位,即实施“海找”方式,以吸引更多人前来应聘,便能在保证岗位人数的前提下好中选优。殊不知,这样做的结果却是给自己惹来麻烦。笔者作为法官披露以下案例,目的在于警醒用人单位提高防范意识,避免引火上身。
