随着社会经济的发展,农村学前教育也开始出现蓬勃发展的趋势。但是,农村学前教育师资发展水平的落后成为制约农村学前教育发展的一个重要因素,如何结合农村学前教育发展实际,建立起切实有效的农村学前教育师资模式称为农村学前教育发展过程中一个亟待解决的问题。本文从农村学前教育发展的具体情况出发,试图通过建立层级负责,逐级提高的培养,促进农村学前教育师资水平的提高。
