当前,关于“主人翁”的理解不再基于之前的产权、所有权上,而是员工在深感自身命运和利益与企业战略和前途紧密联系的心理上,在一系列精神引导下所作出的相关行为。文章在对“主人翁”概念发展历史、“主人翁”和组织公民行为文献回顾的基础上,讨论了“主人翁”与组织公民行为之间的关系。提出了未来关于主人翁的研究发展方向,将集中在突破组织公民行为或者中国化组织公民行为上。
