以脂肪族异氰酸酯、聚酯二元醇等合成水性聚氨酯,通过以共聚方式与掺混方式加入γ-异氰酸酯丙基三乙氧基硅烷对水性聚氨酯进行交联改性。用DSC、TGA及动态力学分析等研究了γ-异氰酸酯丙基三乙氧基硅烷对水性聚氨酯性能的影响。实验结果表明:γ-异氰酸酯丙基三乙氧基硅烷的加入量在3.0 g/100 g以下时无论以共混还是共聚方式加入,均能提高水性聚氨酯的防水性、耐热性、硬度及抗冲击性能,并且以共聚方式加入的效果更优。
Aqueous polyurethane is synthesized with an aliphatic isocyanate, a polyester diol and the like, and the aqueous polyurethane is modified by adding γ-isocyanatepropyltriethoxysilane by copolymerization and blending.
