随着现代管理实践的深化,定量分析在管理中的应用越来越多,促进了定量分析的发展,使之成为一门应用性很强的课程。但是,传统的“填鸭式”教学使得管理定量分析课程的教学效果不理想,学生产生畏难、厌烦情绪。通过对教学定位、教学内容、教学方法、考核方法等教学模式的改革,在教学中摸索出一套针对此课程的教学模式,激发学生的学习热情和兴趣,以使该课程在教学中取得良好的效果,使学生真正掌握定量分析的基本方法和技巧,能够针对具体问题建立初步的定量分析模型,并找到解决方案,解决实际问题。以改变现有教学现状,为其他教师对管理定量分析课程教学模式改革提供借鉴。
With the deepening of modern management practices, quantitative analysis is applied more and more in management, which has promoted the development of quantitative analysis and made it a highly applied course. However, the traditional “spoon-feeding ” teaching makes the management of quantitative analysis of teaching less than satisfactory, students produce fear, tired of emotions. So as to change the current teaching situation and provide reference for other teachers to reform the teaching mode of quantitative management of quantitative management.
