目的:基于U-D合作的史学卓越人才培养模式旨在构建校地人才培养资源共享的组织群体。方法:采用教育叙事的研究方法,对U-D合作的史学卓越人才培养模式的运行与意义进行梳理。结果:构建U-D合作史学卓越人才培养模式给历史学专业学生提供了一个交流学习的机会,能提升历史学专业学生的教学技能,有利于提升地方高校科学研究和教学水平。结论:应该完善U-D合作史学卓越人才培养模式,加强学生“史才”能力,丰富学生“史学”知识,提高学生“史识”能力。
Objective: The model of historical talent training based on U-D cooperation aims to build a community of resource-sharing training of school-based personnel. Methods: Using the research methods of educational narration, this paper sorts out the operation and significance of U-D cooperation mode of historical talent training. Results: Constructing the U-D cooperation history excellent talent training mode provides the historical students with a chance to exchange learning, enhance the teaching skills of history major students, and enhance the scientific research and teaching level in local colleges and universities. Conclusion: It is necessary to improve the training model of U-D excellent historians, strengthen the students ability of “history ability”, enrich the students knowledge of “history” and improve the students ability of “history knowledge”.
